"Preaching Mantis"
Unknown South East Asian mantis. A little guy I came across years ago at my campus. I was about to leave for the day when I happened to stumble across this little beauty. I spent nearly an hour with this little mantis taking with my camera. It was the first time I had actually seen a praying mantis in real life and not at the local insect park
. Tiny little thing, no longer than an inch in length.
It must have looked really strange to the other students as I took pictures of something they couldn't see,
I decided to post it after seeing my friend,
's own picture of a mantis
