Babes and dinosaurs...
Have a look and tell me what you think =D

First off the pose and anatomy is beautifully done. Every muscle on the torso and abdomen is well drawn and rendered, showing a good un...

Some pieces I'm working on right now.

"The Vanishing River"

Spinosaurus aegyptiacus. An acrylic painting of a female Spinosaurus patrolling her usual riverbed during a drought.

This was originally a sketch I did while on vacation in Malaysia. It was meant to illustrate the idea (mentioned by Dr. Thomas Holtz) that Spinosaurus may have walked like a pangolin with its huge arms tucked up under its chest. Since there has been a lot of discussion on how Spinosaurus managed to walk with its new proportions without resorting to a quadrupedal stance.

Completed on the 13th of August 2015.

Done using acrylics and watercolor pencils.

Tyrannosaurus rex. An acrylic painting I did recently of a Tyrannosaurus. I would have posted this a few weeks ago but looking upon the scans of it then, I realized I had rushed the painting, so I decided to touch it up to my satisfaction.

This painting represents a slight tweaking of my usual Tyrannosaurus rex design, namely the color pattern in the face.

Completed on July 24th.

Done using acrylics and watercolor pencils.
The Best Defense by amorousdino
The Best Defense
"The Best Defense"

Anzu wyliei, Tyrannosaurus rex. A drawing I did using color pencils of a Anzu defending itself from an approaching juvenile Tyrannosaurus.

I got the idea from a friend of mine on Facebook as he suggested that some dinosaurs may have utilized projectile vomit as a form of defense like a number of modern birds. I almost completely forgot about this little drawing I did and it's been sitting in my sketchbook for a while waiting to be scanned.

Completed in June 2015.

Done using watercolor pencils.
Gobble, Gobble, Gobble by amorousdino

Qianzhousaurus sinesis, generic therizinosaurid. A digital painting of a Qianzhousaurus scavenging on the carcass of a young therizinosaurid.

This started off as a sketch I did while on vacation overseas.

Completed on the 20th of July 2015.

Done using pencils, Photoshop CS6 and Corel Painter 2015.

I see you.................. :) Anyway, that's my plain old eye staring back at ya.

I'm a 22 year old traditional (and budding digital) artist who loves his women and dinosaurs ;P . Hoping to become a professional illustrator and getting my training in the good 'ol USA then coming back to my hometown of KL to see where that can lead me.

Oh, I love writing too, by the way ;)
